Company Director Henry Fracchia has over 35 years’ experience in civil engineering, each bringing a specialised skill set to complement each other and provide a full service to clients to design and develop city infrastructure to world class standards.

aGnR Consultants was formed in Townsville, North Queensland, in the beginning of 2020, with the shared vision of offering specialist consultant services in water and wastewater infrastructure.

Henry has delivered major infrastructure projects throughout Australia and overseas, and their skills are well recognised nationally.  Having worked in local government as engineers and operators of bulk water systems, they have a unique understanding in the design and planning stage of a project from an operational point of view.  They begin with the end in mind, and have a proven ability to simplify complex projects to offer sustainable and cost effective solutions.

As specialist consultants, they work effectively with all levels of government and private enterprise and hold all necessary certifications and insurances.
